Safer Naija aims to be a trust worthy platform where you can post items for sale; you can do this from your dashboard with added options to help you better explain the item you want to sell to your customers, such as Item Condition, Availability, Delivery Method, Office or Store Address, Purchase Receipt Availability, etc.

The usage of these features requires no fees or any kind or payment; it's totally free to use.

SIGN UP TO CREATE YOUR DASHBOARD
Safer Naija is easy to use. You must first register and create your profile and your dashboard, where you can manage all your reports and your profile settings.

POST REPORTS OR AN ITEM FOR SALE
Once your profile is active, you can post unlimited reports and items for sale.

POST REVIEW AND PUBLICATION
After posting your report, Safer Naija will review, and publish it which then makes your report visible to the public on the front page of the Safer Naija website, and anyone can access the information you posted.

None of these steps requires any kind of fees or payment; it's free of charge.

PROMOTE YOUR REPORTS
Safer Naija has a built-in promotion system with different packages which you can use to broadcast your reports to reach a wider range of audiences, and this feature is easy to use from your dashboard.

HOW TO USE THE PROMOTE SYSTEM
After Safer Naija publishes your reports, you will be able to see the lists of your active reports. On your active report list, each of your reports has a promote button attached to it.

1. On a report, click on the "Promote Button."
2. Choose from a promotion package.
3. Choose your payment method and pay.
4. After payment, your promotion request will be submitted.
5. Wait for approval from Safer Naija.
Your request will be approved, and your report will be promoted based on your chosen package. You will receive email notifications during these processes.

IMPORTANT NOTES
⦿ Safer Naija retains the right to approve or disapprove your report promotion requests.

IF YOUR REPORT PROMOTION IS DENIED
⦿ Safer Naija will state the reason for the denial, which you can see from your dashboard.
⦿The total sum paid for the promotion will be refunded to your wallet and not your bank account.
⦿ You can view your wallet balance from your dashboard and also use your wallet balance to pay for a report promotion.
